-After many hours on the phone and a wonderful and productive meeting at WARPA we are tentatively able to release this latest draft of our 2016 Schedule!
-We have a few items to finalize on a few of the dates listed but we are confident that these dates will finalize in the next week.
-We have some great opportunities to review over the next two weeks also as we have a potential Series Title Sponsor that is interested in the NSRA Winged Sprintcars. This sponsor will provide us the means to offer a substantial points fund among other great marketing options.
-Our return to Hoosier Racing Tire has provided us with a new part number for our rear tires M-40 and M-30, we will return to the 2030 and 2010 as far as the steers are concerned. Hoosier also is making us part of their points fund program, year end checks could be better than they have been in many many years!
– The Board hopes to be able to announce hard numbers on the year end fund by the end of the month.
All of the rules are current at this link. >>>Rule Book<<< The 2016 adjustments are noted on the first page for easy reference.

-We attempted to secure dates at Shasta Speedway in Anderson, CA and Spokane County Raceway in Spokane, WA. The timing and dates available just didn’t work out for the tracks but they want to look at the dates early next year.

-5 years…. and we’re back! Our return to Ephrata Raceway Park is due to some hard work between Mike and Rita Witte and our Board or Directors. We look forward to adding another name to the coveted Rebel Jackson Memorial winners list:nsrahien

The schedules regular dates at Meridian, Stateline & Western filled up fast at WARPA and with Roseburg taking a year off, our July looks set to accept the invitation from the King of the Wing Series to run at Wenatchee and Evergreen in a co-sanctioned fashion. Final terms and Board approval is still pending but the match up looks very favorable due to the 2 race allowance in the NSRA rule book for KOW legal motors. NSRA is excited to once again be apart of racing at these two great racing icons in Washington State.
